Springfield, July 16. On Saturday last, about three o'clock
P.M. a child about two year and four months old, son to Mr.
William Colton of Long Meadow was unfortunately kicked by a
horse, and died in about ten hours.
His spotless infant soul hath took its flight,
To the blest regions of celestial light:
Where streams of endless bliss and pleasure flow,
  Forever lovely, and forever new.
